The WM-BA series is a state-of-the-art 3-in-1 busbar processing machine designed for cutting punching and bending copper and aluminum busbars. Powered by a high-performance Panasonic PLC system and a robust triple-motor hydraulic system it allows three operators to work simultaneously maximizing production efficiency and precision.

1. Precision Cutting Unit

• Adopts common cross-cutting shearing for smooth burr-free edges.
• Integrally cast and forged crossbeam ensures no deformation under heavy loads.
• Equipped with a 40-ton enlarged cylinder for powerful shearing force.
• Tearing area controlled below 25% ensuring high-quality cut sections.

2. Versatile Bending Unit

• Panasonic PLC controlled with 6 standard modes: L-type Z-type U-type and more.
• Supports both Automatic (parameter-based) and Manual (custom debugging) operation.
• High precision and repeatability for complex busbar configurations.

3. High-Efficiency Punching Unit

• 30-ton precision cylinder with imported sealing rings for long-term reliability.
• 435mm large turntable allows processing in one go without flipping the busbar.
• 6 punching positions with 8 sets of default dies (Round Oval Square etc.).
• Precision error ±0.1mm with smooth burr-free punching sections.

• Panasonic CNC System: Features internationally renowned electronic components for durability and low maintenance.
• Triple-Motor Hydraulic Power: Three independent full-copper motors allow simultaneous work of cutting punching and bending stations.
